Port Carling Locks
Where boats step between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau in the “Hub of the Lakes”.
Port Carling grew up around its locks, which carry boats between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau. On a summer day the lock is a show in itself, with wooden launches, cruisers and canoes waiting their turn. The village's shops and restaurants are steps away along the river.
