The Norwood Theatre has shown movies since 1926 and has been at its Manitoba Street location in downtown Bracebridge since 1949. It is a fourth-generation family business, and since its 2012 conversion to digital projection it screens first-run films with modern seating and sound. It makes an easy rainy-day or winter-evening plan after a walk downtown. Hours and seasons vary, so check before you visit.
